I Needed 2 gable vents replaced, called Gomes construction and they returned my call right away. They started working the following day, during the hottest days of the end of summer. Very hard working folks decent and fair pricing. They framed for the new vents added moisture barrier and installed new siding, the old siding was not salvageable due to the new gables being a bit smaller. I am very happy with the work done. Well, Last Sunday, 3/24 discovered water on ceiling. On Monday my son and I went on roof and discovered 2 rotting roof vents and some flashing issues. I emailed Gomes Construction and Jose called me that afternoon and actually went to the house that day to inspect and price. Price was very good and he said he could do on Wednesday. he took pictures of issues, wood rotting near chimney, and of really the whole process and every step of the repair, ending with a video of the completed job....
